Newmindstart is an English-speaking online platform offering courses on somatic, emotional, and spiritual practices for women aged 40+ in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia

We are launching new courses and seeking experienced practitioners who are deeply immersed in their field and ready to share their approach with a global audience
Who We Are Looking For
You are a practitioner, not an amateur
  • Experience and Presence: At least 3+ years of regular practice working with people (clients, groups, classes) both offline and online in your specific discipline
  • Our target audience is women 40+, and we highly value your experience in working with this demographic
  • Content: You already have a finished program, method, or video course — or a clearly defined signature methodology and the readiness to record material promptly
  • Personality: You are a "warm" person who people feel comfortable approaching for advice. We value human connection over cold expertise — someone who can support and inspire
  • On-Camera Skills: You are charismatic and feel confident in front of the camera
Communication and Social Media:
Active Social Media:
You have an active Instagram (or other platform) that demonstrates your on-camera presence, teaching style, and how you lead practices/lessons
English Proficiency:
You speak English confidently (fluent, clear, and easy for a global audience to understand)
Key Areas of Interest
We are specifically looking for authors in the following areas (courses are in English, but your educational background can be from anywhere):

  • Yin Yang Libido: Gentle somatic and energetic practices focusing on libido, vitality, and sexuality. No aggressive esotericism; respectful of the nervous system and age-related changes
  • Neuro Skincare: An approach to skin through the nervous system and stress (skin-brain-nervous system connection). Focus on skincare rituals and a somatic/lifestyle approach rather than just cosmetics
  • Baby-Led Weaning: Conscious introduction of solids, respecting the baby's signals, managing parental anxiety, and connection to the nervous system/co-regulation
  • Neuro Qigong: Qigong/energy practices with a clear focus on nervous system regulation, gentleness, stress management, and the aging body
  • Yoga / Somatic Teachers: Somatic yoga, nervous-system-friendly yoga, embodied movement, and gentle body-based practices for women 40+ (targeting stress, burnout, pain, insomnia, and loss of body connection)

We are also interested if you work in related fields (e.g., somatic breathwork, nervous system regulation, gentle strength, menopause wellness)
What We Expect
It will be a significant advantage if:
  • You have a pre-recorded course or video program that can be adapted for the Newmindstart platform.
  • You have a signature methodology with proven results (reduced stress, improved sleep, pain relief, increased energy, etc.)
Core Requirements:
  1. Filming Experience: You are familiar with the production process and are comfortable on camera—speaking naturally and maintaining a connection with the audience through the screen
  2. Charisma and Empathy: You can "hold the space," listen, explain things simply, and offer support
  3. Spoken English: Proficient enough to record video lessons and explain practices without a translator
  4. Content Fluency: You understand modern formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and how to package knowledge into concise, visually appealing content
  5. Social Proof: You maintain a professional social media presence (especially Instagram) and can show it as an example of your communication style
How to apply:
If this description resonates with you — as an experienced practitioner with a signature method, fluent English, and a focus on the intersection of body, emotion, and the nervous system — we would love to meet you
