Our flagship platform — newmindstart.com — operates as a global marketplace of educational programs across health, personal development, and lifestyle, with a strong presence in the US, UK, and Europe.
We are entering the next phase of growth and are building a scalable, multi-business system.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a COO to work directly with the founder and take full ownership of execution across the holding, excluding NMS.

This role is about building a high-performance operating system — not maintaining one.
You will be responsible for turning strategy into execution, eliminating inefficiencies, and scaling the business through systems, people, and metrics.
Scope of Responsibility
  • Own execution across multiple business units in partnership with local CEOs
  • Design and implement a scalable operating system (KPIs, reporting, cadence)
  • Drive alignment across leadership (C-level, Heads)
  • Establish rigorous weekly/monthly execution cycles
  • Ensure full transparency of performance metrics and reporting
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks limiting growth
  • Lead strategic planning and execution cycles
  • Drive measurable improvements in revenue, margins, and operational efficiency
First 3–6 Months Focus
  • Implement a unified reporting and KPI framework across the holding
  • Build a clear and scalable organizational structure
  • Establish execution discipline (weekly/monthly operating cadence)
  • Identify key growth constraints and remove them
  • Introduce a high-accountability execution culture

Important
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale role.
We are looking for someone who can diagnose root causes, implement systems, and scale execution across the organization.
Candidates without hands-on experience in scaling businesses and building operating systems will not be considered.
