Newmindstart is an international edtech company in the health and conscious living space, operating across the US, UK, and Europe. We create courses focused on physical health, movement, and mental well-being — products that genuinely improve people’s lives.

We are building one of the largest global projects in this niche — and we are already well on track. The company operates with a $1M+ monthly ad budget, has achieved 2–3x revenue growth over the past year, and is planning to triple spend again this year.
300+ courses, a strong Meta channel, direct-response funnels, solid unit economics, and a high-performing team.

Our goal is to become a top-5 global wellness edtech company within the next few years.
Mission: scale ad spend from $1M to $10M per month
What you’ll get:

Responsibilities:
  • Own revenue targets across all acquisition channels
  • Manage and scale $1M+/month ad budget (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Scale what works, cut what doesn’t, and build what’s missing
  • Optimize funnels: offers, landing pages, creatives, testing, conversion
  • Lead the team: media buyers, creative producers, external partners
  • Launch and manage new product categories: hypothesis → launch → P&L ownership
Who we’re looking for:
  • CMO / Head of Growth / Performance Lead with direct revenue ownership
  • Experience managing $10K+/day budgets across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok
  • Strong background in direct-response funnels (landing purchase / subscription flows)
  • Experience in edtech, wellness, subscriptions, or e-commerce on international markets
  • Data-driven mindset: CAC, LTV, ROMI are your daily tools
  • Hands-on approach — not just managing, but executing
  • Actively using AI tools in daily workflows
  • English level: B2–C1
